Yulia Dalakova
Yulia Dalakova is a professional singer and contemporary vocal educator based in Saint Petersburg. Music has been an essential part of her life since early childhood and remains the foundation of her artistic and teaching career.
She graduated from A.I. Herzen State Pedagogical University, earning both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music education. Her solid academic background, combined with practical performance experience, allows her to guide students with clarity, confidence, and artistic insight.
As a performer, Yulia has appeared on the stage of the Saint Petersburg State Jazz Philharmonic Hall and is a laureate of numerous jazz festivals. Her extensive stage experience has shaped her distinctive artistic voice and deepened her understanding of vocal expression across styles.
Yulia has completed Level I and Level II training in Estill Voice Training (EVT) — a scientifically based vocal methodology developed by Jo Estill. This approach emphasizes conscious control of vocal mechanisms and equips singers with practical tools for healthy, flexible, and stylistically versatile singing. Through EVT-based training, her students develop vocal freedom, technical stability, and performance confidence.
In her classes, Yulia fosters a supportive and inspiring learning environment where each student is encouraged to discover their individuality and unlock their full vocal potential
